Landgang (shore leave) – a sea journey makes you thirsty…

Late at night a ship enters the harbour, players lead the sailors to the pubs and the dives in order to quell their thirst. The idea is to bring your figures into the dives in a way that brings as many winning points as possible. But careful: not only do you need to collect more points for yourself, you need to limit the points your opponent collects. You also need to keep an eye on the night watchman who after doing his rounds of the coast, calls out the curfew and ends the game…through simple but clever rules his rounds are controlled in ways that are impossible for the players to guess. There is no chance of boredom on shore leave! Only considered moves and a clear headed overview can lead to the goal: to get the night watchman to end the game when you are ahead on points.

The sailors are made to a high quality in a variety of shapes and sizes from turned wood. The game is played on an innovatively printed cloth playing surface.
